If your dog has not stayed with us before, you must book a 1 night trial stay to make sure your dog is happy in the environment here. We will not accept a dog for a longer stay without this trial night first.
New Customers will need to setup themselves and their pets on the booking app before requesting a booking. You will need to upload proof of current vaccinations to complete the booking.
After you request a booking, you will get notification of a deposit payment by email or you can login to your account here. When your Booking is accepted you can pay in full online in your account.
You can login here to manage your account and pay invoices for accepted bookings.
PLEASE NOTE: Check out times must correspond with your drop off time.
If a later collection is required a day fee of €15.00 will apply.
Monday - Friday
Drop off & Collection times are: 9:30am -12.00 pm or between 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Saturday and Sunday
9.30 am -12.00 pm - Collection & Drop off times
*We do not cater for evening drop/collect on Saturdays or Sundays.
*All dogs must have up-to-date kennel cough and vaccinations
You will need to upload proof of vaccination for each dog you add to he system, we cannot accept a dog to stay without this.
